The staff that waited on the tables for our dinner were professional and the dinner was fine. The cruising on the boat was good. I did not care for the lady singer and the host however the dancing I did enjoy. I would not recommend this unless someone has never taken a dinner cruise before.
What a show!! The Branson Belle is a fun way to spend an evening filled with wholesome entertainment for the family! We so enjoyed the beauty of the Ozarks from the deck!
It felt more like a cattle call than a dinner cruise. Hustled into your seat and served a mediocre meal while the boat cruised around the lake. We were excused from the dining area to reset from the dinner to the show and were able to enjoy about 15 minutes of the lake cruise, then back to the seat for the show. The MC was funny and a great magician and the singers and dancers were good, but they would do about 1 verse of a song and then on to the next. The show finished as we returned to the dock and it was over. I would have rather spent the $70 pp to have a good meal and see another show.
This was a nice evening out for me and my husband on our first night in Branson. We enjoyed the show, particularly the clogging. Some of the singing was annoying. We did upgrade our tickets to the Captain's Club. I had the ribeye and my husband had the trout. He said it was the best fish he'd ever eaten...mine was also delicious. The dessert was equally as good. All in all, we had a great night and are glad we spent an evening aboard.
We went to the 4pm show & the show was Great! Christopher James did an excellent job of keeping everyone's attention... even the young ppl in the audience. The cloggers were excellent & very entertaining. Loved the band and how they played during dinner at a good volume so we could still enjoy talking with one another. Casandre' did a nice job also. Then energy all these performers had was AMAZING! The food was good.. The roast beef very tender & juicy with just the right amt of flavor. The chicken was moist, but I wasn't fond of the seasoning on it. Loved the mashed potatoes, pea pods & dinner salad (dressing was very good). I was under the impression we were having apple pie for dessert as that's what it 'sounded' like Lauren, our server, had said. Instead, it was a frozen ice cream pumpkin like tasting dessert in which i didn't eat, bcuz I can't eat frozen things like that. Lauren was a GREAT server for the amt of room she had to move in & out of the area where we were sitting. The seating is a bit cramped, but manageable. I would suggest that each table of, say 4-6 seats, have their OWN drinks available. Lauren had to go back & forth from our row & the row in front of us with the drink containers. As much as the cost is for the dinner/show, you should have no excuse for making sure the guests have ample drinks available. I was disappointed when we came back from being on deck & my coffee was gone, after I had specifically asked Lauren, "will our drinks be on the table when we come back"? and she said they would be. My half glass of tea was, but my coffee was gone and she was nowhere in site to ask for another cup! I would highly recommend this to any1 wanting a relaxing, fun, dinner & show experience.
We paid over $350 for five of us to be on the ship to enjoy dinner and entertainment together. What a disappointment! We upgraded our tickets so that we could order off the menu and have better seating. The seating and food were good. I had the steak and it was tender and tasty. Our server Ashley also did a fine job but the entertainment was very lacking. First the emcee sang some tv theme songs Then a pretty mediocre band played five songs. Then we sat for 45 minutes with nothing on stage! Finally the "country acts" came out for the "show". They were nothing more than bad dancing, karaoke singers being accompanied by the mediocre band. A complete disappointment.
