So far we have loved this hotel except for parking. The options consist of paid parking meters along the street or paid valet parking in the garage. The staff refuses to let you park your own car in the garage. $20/night. Hourly rates are high. This isn't really a downtown hotel, but the parking is treated as such. There are usually plenty of parking spots along the street but don't expect you will always be near the door.

Breakfast is good, but not as well tended as some Hamptons I've stayed in before.
There are plenty of local places to eat nearby, both national chains and local eats.

The family enjoyed the pool, but it was a bit cool, more for working out than swimming leisurely.

We stay at all of the hotels around the Clayton, MO area, and while this is a fairly new hotel it is still obvious that the staff is on top of keeping it in good shape. The other hotels in the area are aging and it is nice to be in a cleaner and newer establishment; especially when the price is nearly the same or slightly less than the older hotels.

The location is great you can walk to dinner and shopping. The staff was very helpful in getting us to our appointments onetime and recommending the best way to get there and to park. We were visiting Washington University and the staff helped us with traffic times.

We're a family of 5, so hotel rooms can be difficult. After reading reviews here we decided to get the suite so there would be room for our youngest to use an air mattress on the floor. Our room was huge, with a very nice bathroom and giant desk area where we could spread out our things. This is probably the quietest hotel I've ever stayed at, never heard another person on our floor. Breakfast was your standard, but good. We were able to park right in front of the hotel on the street for free since it was the weekend, but if not they have valet for $19. The pool was rather small, but very nice with large pool towels available. The staff was very polite and helpful. They offer a free shuttle within a 3 mile radius, so we took it to the Delmar Loop area to shop and explore. They also picked us up and dropped us at dinner. There were lots of restaurants about two blocks over, so we just walked back after. Overall a great place to stay!

We stayed at this hotel the night before attending a Cardinals baseball game. The location was convenient and there were numerous restaurants within walking distance. The bar inside the hotel was very comfortable for a drink before dinner. The hotel is very new and looks great.
