It was my first time staying at a Four Points and the price was reasonable, staff seemed efficient, and the restaurant was a little better than one expects from a hotel restaurant. Since I was traveling alone and the room had two bath towels , this observation is not a deal breaker, but Sheraton management may want to pay more attention when washing and replacing the towels. Not only was it frayed, it had a dark smudge.
Although I said, one exception—one of the two elevators was not working. The one that was acted as if it was in need of maintenance. Since I only stayed one night, not sure how long this has been an issue.More
