This is clearly an older hotel. But, for some, the price of a room may be appealing. The price we paid was very good and it was clean and safe. It is hard to review an older hotel like this because it would obviously have some downsides. For the price, we would stay there again. One thing that could be done would be to clean the windows. They are absolutely filthy.
Robyn, at the front desk, was very helpful and sweet. As most LQ's the staff is their strong point. There were contractors painting the outside so some maintenance was being done. They did have a doggie station and there is parking for larger vehicles. Within a 2 minute walking distance was a Denny's, Arbys, Burger King and maybe a couple other eateries.
The breakfast was more Continental style. The timer on the waffle maker didn't work so the cook time was a guess. Please fix it or toss it and get another.
The guests above us were heavy walkers so the floors weren't as solid as the more modern hotels.More
