We came the weekend of the eclipse, which was also the weekend of a major convention in town, so things were pretty busy. I'm glad to read they are prepping for renovations, because that is my chief complaint. Hotel was cozy, just in dire needs of updates. Only other complaint is that since we stayed on the fifth floor, and had an ice machine, I woke up to kitchen staff getting ice for breakfast both mornings. Not much parking, so we used spot hero to park a few blocks away.

Just checked out. You are paying for convenience to Busch Stadium. Room was clean and the shower was hot with great pressure. What else do you need on a baseball weekend. There is a Schnucks grocery store 2 blocks away and a Starbucks close as well. Front desk agent LaQonda was very helpful during the check in process. She is a great asset to whomever owns this property. This is a former Omni property which is set for a remodel this fall. We will stay here again.

Very great customer Service, Great breakfast, they are remodeling! Things went awesome. Had problems with TV. Parking is little tricky with bigger Trucks and SUVs! Can't wait to see the remodel. They said they were going to become a 5 star hotel with room service! Walking distance to ball field which was amazing

As people have mentioned in reviews before mine, the lobby AC was out. So, the first impression was walking into the hotel and being hit in the face with the heat, not a great start. Go to check in, things went smoothly there. Make it to the elevator, again as people have mentioned, one was down, so that left one working. So, as you can imagine, it went very slow, VERY slow. Also, it was malfunctioning the entire stay, it would always stop on floors that had nobody pushing the buttons. Very annoying. However, make it to my room, which was supposed to have 2 beds in it, it did not. I called down to have them check and see what the mix up was. They then informed me, that since i booked on a third party site, that it only promised me a room, not a room type??? I took my booking information down to the desk and showed them where it clearly stated that i had booked a room with 2 beds. They said they had no rooms available to move us to, but they could put a roll away bed, for $10 a night! I then talked to a manager, and she finally gave us the rollaway free of charge. i will say she was very polite and seemed like a genuinely nice person.

Bathrooms are tiny, lighting is terrible in the rooms as well....sad to say not a whole lot of positives i can end this review with.

One time on the elevator, i was riding with 2 staff members. they were cussing about how the elevator had been down for over a month, and they were too cheap to fix it! they then said that the staff elevator had been down for 6 months!

Be cautious... There was no ac in lobby, elevator was broken, ac in room was poor at best... less than one hour after checking into hotel, we were surprised when another hotel guest opened our door... he was given the same room... by the same person at the front desk. I called down to front desk as was asked if I wanted to come down and get a new key. I stated not unless I had to... upon returning from baseball game, I found out that the front desk clerk had deactivated my key as well as the other gentleman.. I had to go back down to front desk and get another key to get into room. The breakfast buffet was lacking.. the fruit was mushy and appeared to be fruit cocktail in cans that were dumped into bowl... plastic cutlery that was of poor quality along with cheap foam plates that were not sturdy... Very unhappy with stay .... left message for manager to call us and no response... Stay at your own risk!! Very small bathroom...
