My son has been to Monkey Joe's in Crestwood twice. Once when he was just about 2 and once in his third birthday. I don't recommend this place for those with very small kids unless they are quite adventurous. My son was clearly too small and frightened to play the first time. However, at three he made a lot of strides and even tried some of the bigger slides. I recommend keeping an eye on your kids and NOT your iPad and other distractions. My son was nearly clobbered by two older kids who looked to be about 12 who were running around and playing inappropriately on the apparatuses. Where were these kid's parents?

Pros: kids love it. They can burn energy and have fun doing it.

Cons: floors are dirty, place is very noisy, games are distracting and cost extra, other parents don't supervise their kids, staff appears to be mainly teenagers who don't care at all about what happens in the place.

Absolutely horrible!
I took my 11 and 9 year old boys, and my 2 year old daughter on the New Year day, they didn't let my boys to play on the games because of their ages, I immediately went to the cashier and ask for refund, she said all sales are final, I asked for the manager, he came said the same thing. I even told him to keep the money for my daughter because she actually went on one game for less than two minutes. Absolutely scam and rip off, we lost $33 in three minutes for nothing and our day was ruined. Don't take your kids there, you'll regret it.

This is an inexpensive way to let the kiddos run around and be crazy. My son and his friends enjoy coming here.

We stopped at Monkey Joe's as part of our family vacation to West County STL, and REALLY enjoyed ourselves! The bounce houses were very clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We purchased a discounted arcade card at the time of paying for our admission, and our children really enjoyed playing the games and redeeming their tickets (accrued on your card) for their prizes at the end!

Don't miss Monkey Joe's on a day in St. Louis, we had a blast!

Our drive up to St. Louis took about five hours and our son needed some space to burn energy and it wasn't going to be the hotel room. My first impression of Monkey Joe's was it had collected some wear over time but everything was functional. My son had no problem figuring out where to go and what to do. We stayed about two hours and still had to encourage our son to leave (he is six). Our highest marks go to the staff. The girl at the cash register was a delight and the young man who supervised the kids play was interactive with loads of patience. All in all it was time and money well spent.
