O.T. Hodge is open again and is a good as ever in Florissant, North St Louis County, right off highway 70
at 250 S. Forissant road. Since 1904 this place has been mixing chile. Joe the owner and short order cook is a master, who can crisp a dog before adding the chile and put the eggs under the broiler just before adding them to the signiture slinger. The slinger was created a hodge, two beef patties and hashbrowns topped by two eggs and covered with the best chile.
