Restaurant very unkept, old very worn boothes that are very torn, with no padding and big bumps!! Food OK, friendly staff but teeth and clean hair I guess are optional!!!

Pulled into miles city after driving 5 hrs first restaurant I saw was 4B’s. First thing I thought of was tomato soup, and is it ever good. They have really good comfort food, we all had soup and grilled ham and cheese special really hit the spot! Service was good too. Gave us directions to Lewistown which was appreciated.

Attempted to eat dinner here tonight. This place is very dirty. There were flies buzzing around. Decided to give it a chance anyways, since there were a few other families in there eating. We ordered our food after waiting 15 minutes for the server. He took our food and drink orders, commenting he would be right back with our drinks. After 35 minutes of waiting after ordering, we still had no drinks.
The server was up front chatting with the other waitresses.
After waiting so long and watching the other tables (who came after we had arrived) get their food, pay and leave.... we gave up.
Obviously we were forgotten or something. We left. Right across the street there was a restaurant called The Black Iron Grill and Rotisserie. We pulled in, got a table right away, and had a fabulous dinner in a very clean restaurant. Service was excellent! Food was outstanding. It was a tad bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Spend a few more dollars and go across the street. It's not worth the terrible service in a dirty restaurant.
I am from a small town and totally support businesses. I will tolerate food that is mediocre and understand when places are a little unkept, as long as the service is decent. This town seems to have a lot of people traveling through and this would be a great place to stop for visitors, if they tried.
Again, if you are looking for a place to eat in this area, avoid this place. It's dirty and service is absolutely terrible. I'm still shocked we waited a total of 50 minutes without even getting beverages, with two kids in tow.

We were at a car show in Miles City and ate breakfast here every morning. The waiters were just great. The waitresses were also great, never went without coffee or water, food was out asap and so very good. People in Miles City are so very nice and friendly. Just all in all a wonderful stay.

Just off of I-95 2nd. Exit East Bound, First Exit West Bound Miles City----No discernible disability parking (signs or painted lines)...Front door into small annex is small and
not ramped from curb with step up into doorway.... Very busy when we arrived---
Damion gave us a choice of seating (nice touch) adjusted menu to accommodate
us....Down Home food on menu----good service---food arrived cold things cold...hot things hot.... Servings were generous....Clam Chowder was soup-of-the-day and
a generous serving tasted delicious.....Small side salad was also fresh...

Tuna Salad Sandwich was generously stuffed and tasted just made....

A surprise was the menu item oyster stew---"loaded with oysters" and yes,
a large bowl of stew included at least 12 medium oysters (not the rocky mountain type) a big wow in the Eastern portion or Montana..... and tasted as good as any
I have had in a long time.....10 Packets of crackers... Whattt????

The servings would easily fill seniors.....maybe split and share......

Restroom for ladies had grab bar alongside toilet....Mens RR was small---a difficult fit for a walker and/or wheelchair...especially when there is only one toilet and one Urinal...take a number....

I would prefer to give the rating a "Good" for waitstaff performance, quality of food,
and friendliness but senior compromised facilities caused me to choose "average."
Sad because Damion, our waiter, was very attentive and kind and he deserves a big Kudo....The Chef/Cook for timely delivery....
