Blodgett Creamery Coffee Saloon
Ranked #20 of 48 Restaurants in Polson
Price range: US$2 - US$9
Description: Blodgett Creamery has had success bringing a full circle experience to both breakfast and lunch customers. We have enough room to spread out and talk comfortably. Our coffee is top of the line and all Baristas are professionally trained to get your order right. The lunch menu has both a hearty side and our salads are light but we add just enough protein to get you going. Not short on sweets with candy and ice cream. By far the Huckleberry Club is our signature sandwich. History Established in 2017. The aim of the company is to become the best local coffee house that serves its customers with warmth and offers an ambience that is comfortable, cozy and relaxing. Blodgett's is a really lovely place with great food, coffee and chai. I have had a great chicken salad and their delicious pastrami sandwich. Looking forward to more visits!

Blodgett Creamery Coffee Saloon is a coffee shop that serves ice cream and food. The Saloon part is bit of a stretch because beer and/or wine are not available. They have only been open since June ‘17.

The interior space has been completely redone except the original tin ceiling has been retained. The street side is full windows so a lot of natural light streams in. The walls are brick so there is little to absorb sound. There were only three other tables occupied (one with about 10 men) when we were there but the sound level was still an average of 70 dB.

You order and pay at the counter in the front. The menu has a wonderful variety of deli sandwiches, grilled sandwiches, and salads. A seasonal Montana Beef Pasty is available in the Fall and Winter, but it must be ordered an hour ahead. I may have to go back to try that before we return to Louisiana.

In house made lemonade and a nice variety of sodas are available as is, of course, coffees. I had an Americano that was very good. A small selection of pastries is also available.

My wife and I shared a Ruben sandwich that was probably the best I have had for quite some time. It had lots of corned beef and sauerkraut with a delicious house-made 1000 Island dressing. Best of all it was served on a wonderful seeded rye bread that rivals the New York Deli’s.

The food is served in plastic baskets and brought to the table on trays.

It was a delight to chat with Deborah Blodgett and learn about the origins of their endeavor. We enjoyed our visit, both the food and the ambience.

Great coffee shop and something Polson needed. We visit Blodgets several times a week. Lunches are good and reasonably priced. The cinnamon rolls are to die for. Nice decor, great wifi and friendly staff. You won't go wrong stopping in for coffee or lunch.

We stopped in the Coffee Saloon while shopping the stores in downtown Polson. The industrial decor was welcoming and comfortable with large tables, strong internet, and generous open space. The menu offers a wide range of sandwiches on your choice of breads or rolls. Coffee and tea menus are pretty standard. Good, quick service. Sandwiches were generous and quickly prepared and served with a side of chips. Tasty, too. What a great place to relax and take a break from shopping.
