From the beginning.. I made a booking through sale person, Lakshmi. She's very helpful. Plus.. Upon arrival she gave us special service which is we can check in earlier than actual time. The staff also friendly. The room very clean and tidy. We had room with nice view over the pool and beach and Our kids really enjoyed it. The foods, facilities and environment was good too. Overall was good for us.

Dunno this is my how many visit liao this time is special as almost everything broke down. Ac not working well, bathtub not working, tap isnt good. Overall its not bad but abit overpriced for this 80s resort

Nice hotel with more facilities can find at hotel permission like, 3 restaurants, bar, Swimming pool, water park, nice beach, and more children attractions like bird cages, playground, Etc.
Morning buffet also very much interesting with lots of choices.
Cons: management is not good. We tried to reach via email with hotel and didn’t respond. We booked through Agoda, and suddenly they said they canceled our booking because of overbooking. We contacted Agoda, and they arrange another hotel and we booked one more room for our helpers. Agoda informed us to reach the lotus hotel and they will drop us to the new hotel. When we reached to lotus hotel reception said that they didn’t cancel our booking and we can stay at Lotus. We informed them we already booked another room for our helpers in the new hotel. We waste lots of our time to settle this matter and their managers were acting very irresponsible.
