We had a pleasant and Relaxing trip. The rooms were clean, well maintained even though the resort has been around for quite a while. The 2 BR and 4 BR units we booked are very spacious for our family.
Though there were some hick ups when booked through online booking, the problem were addressed quickly by a very helpful and friendly staff Lakshmi after I sent an enquiry email through the hotel website. The staff also helped to reserve rooms closer to the dining place for me when I told her that we have older folks who can't walk very well. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a hamper for my family upon arrival from Lakshmi who corresponded with me, probably for the hick ups of my online booking. The only thing I had hope for was that I could be offered the same room rate as the online rate (the rate was slightly higher although discount was given). I really appreciate the helpfulness of the staff.
The reception and resort manager Aaron were also very friendly and helpful. Food wise, wide variety of food for breakfast (included in hotel booking) and dinner (additional charge). As a whole, we enjoy our trip. Thanks for a pleasant trip.

Very good place and the staff very sweet person. She name is lakchumi. she very humble and good person. she prepare all is good. we easy to handle. we get apartment also nice. lakchumi sister give me hamper for me. tanx sis. she arrange all for me. next time we visit this place again..

Fantastic and super super resort, food's all very testy and great. I, really had wonderful holidays time with my family at Desaru Resort. I'll come back again. Staff's services very very very good services.
