Red Rock is one of the best nature experiences just outside a major city, AND, it’s just outside Las Vegas, a city not known for natural experiences. On your next trip, drag yourself away from the fake Michael Jackson’s and fake pyramids, and fake Eiffel Towers, and see the REAL and glorious Red Cliffs of Red Rock. Smoke Free clean Air, and a beauty that only Nature could make, just fifteen minutes out of town.....fabulous.

Red Rock Canyon is close to Las Vegas and a must see! There are lots of opportunities to climb the rocks and it feels a whole world away from the strip.

Had the chance to go on a tour and I loved it! The views were breathtaking and I was able to take tons of beautiful pictures! Very relaxing place to go not too far from the strip!

The wife and I wanted to break away from the Vegas strip and enjoy the Vegas outdoors! We were not disappointed. The Red Rock area had a huge amout of trails for different levels of hikers. Red Rock even rock climbing! There were bathrooms at many of the trailheads and it only cost $15 per car. The scenic drive leaving the park was also beautiful. We are definitely going back. Great way to spend the morning or entire day. I would also take the children as many of the trails were very well maintained and easy for kids to hike on.

A really enjoyable family day in early spring. Very accessible, with free reign to wander over the amazing Calico Hills from the first couple of stops. Definitely worth dressing appropriately for the conditions: hiking boots and wind proof tops allowed us to spend a good long time scrambling and exploring comfortably.
