Ate here with a colleague last weekend and it was AMAZING. It is EXPENSIVE, but well worth the price.

The drinks and cocktails were great.

The food was great. They do small plates so for each person, 3-4 dishes would be appropriate.

Definitely try the soft shell crab, and the baby chicken.

This was one of the best soft shell crabs that I had outside Asia.

Can’t wait to eat here again.

What I like about Zuma is that they are very consistent in service and food quality at all their locations all around the world. Also in Vegas.

Service was great. Food was to die for. We order the Chef's Menu, which I always find a little exciting, but my relations insisted. Eventually, I didn't regret this choice once!

All in all, a very good dining option on the Cosmopolitan side of the strip.

We had

Prawn and black cod dumplings
Miso soup
Soft shell crab
Spicy beef tenderloin
Corn on the cob
Garlic mushrooms
Mackerel, shrimp and tuna nigiri
Wagyu and truffle sushi
Zuma signature dessert
Sumo milk chocolate and raspberry dessert

All the food was amazing however the dumplings and the beef tenderloin really stood out for me. I cannot fault the food at all.

Only downside was the service and this is a minor niggle. I felt like too many people were serving me and the waiters were asking me the same questions not realizing that someone had just asked me. I thought the service was very intense to the point it kept interrupting our conversation. Like I say this is a minor niggle.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting and will be returning to the one in London as I’m from the UK.

Beautiful restaurant in Cosmopolitan hotel. Service was great from start to finish. Dishes are beautifully plated and varied; not just sushi . Prices are high but in line with other high end restaurants in Vegas. Wine prices were very high even for Vegas. Music volume increases as the night progresses and gives the restaurant a clubby feeling. Definitely recommend.
