Description: Gino and Nora opened Nora’s Cuisine in 1991 with a modest seating capacity of 12. Over the years the restaurant has expanded and is now one of Las Vegas’ longest standing Italian restaurants, serving locals and guests from around the world. With over 70+ classic Italian dishes, our menu is sure to satisfy all of your Italian cravings. Our recipes have been through the test of time and you are sure to find something you will enjoy. For years we have also been creating some of the best cocktails in Las Vegas. With fresh ingredients and and intense attention to detail we have become one of the premier cocktail bars in Las Vegas. Overall, Nora’s captures the essence of the immigrant founded Italian restaurants of the 20th century, in an updated comfortable setting. Family owned and operated with integrity and love. We are passionate about flavorful food, authentic wine and quality service.

Excellent ambiance, live music selection from a college assemblage (jazz musicians), and not to mention the entrees. I just moved to Las Vegas and the same night my roommate took me here as a welcome to the Summerlin area. What a greeting! We didn't have a reservation, but he is somewhat of a regular, so upon speaking to Gaston (I childishly thought of the Little Mermaid-haha) he placed us at a table within 5 minutes even though people were waiting! Wow, I was impressed by the service! It's an intimate establishment that treats its loyal diners with reverence.
We ordered a mini vegetarian pizza, a starter salad, vodka gnocchi and Alfredo ravioli. Excellent portions and flavors. I'll definitely return to sample another dish...maybe with him again!

Nora's is hard to miss, make sure you find it. The food is served by a friendly waitstaff and is delicious! The dining rooms are small, so there is a little crowding, but a larger location is under construction.

Just avoid this place. The server rarely checked on us and the food was so disappointing. We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes from the time we were seated until we were served. The server was so terrible and the food lack luster on top of that. Just avoid this place and don't water your time or money.

Went there after hearing about this place from locals and Internet.
It was disappointing. The place is dark and seedy in appearance. The service slow and the food was bland.
Based on waitress recommendations I went for a glass of Italian red. It was bad. Followed by the rice ball appetizer and then the pork chops. The rice balls were ok. But lacked taste besides salt. The pork chop was dry and rubbery. Couldn't finish it. The side of potatoes were ok. The tomatoes were yucky.
The cannoli lacked any aroma of anything. The crust hard enough to be used a doggy chew toy.
Definitely not going back again.
Avoid tables next to the restrooms. you can smell the toilets. Not cool.

We went here on Saturday night, without a reservation. They were able to seat us within an hour. The menu is complete but not so large that they have to concentrate on too many options. We had 4 different meals and ALL were excellent and a large portion. The prices are very reasonable. It was so good that we went back a second time in week. Highly recommended. They are planning to move to a new location soon and I hope that they do NOT change a thing when in the new location.
