We eat here every time we go to Vegas. Hands down this is one of the best Asian food restaurants I have ever been to. The food is amazing and the service is extremely great. It is rather pricey but well worth it. Everything we have tried on the menu has been more than delicious. I really recommend this to anyone that loves Asian food.

We fully enjoyed our dinner at Jasmine. The setting was absolutely gorgeous and the service was attentive and polite. We had the dim sum basket appetizer, which was ok but nothing to rave about.. The shrimp and chicken dumplings were good, but the pork one was a little funky tasting and for $20 it was just a "meh" type dish. The real stars of the show came with the main courses. We ordered way too much food for two, but we really wanted to try both the Peking duck and the Sampan style Dungeness crab. Either dish would have been a fine plate to share for two. The duck, as described by a lot of other reviewers, is first carved table side and served in Asian " pancakes" .... Very deletable with good crisp skin and rich juicy meat. Then duck is taken in the back and made into a second course in a chopped style with sauce and veggies served in a lettuce cup. The rich smokey flavor and crunchy vegetables made it even better than the first course. But the most exquisite was the sampan crab. The Dungeness crab is taken from a fresh tank and the claws and body sections are lightly battered and fried, with the shells still on. It's then topped with chili, garlic and spices topping that is wonderful and not too spicy. It's presented beautifully with the crab carapace over the top of the fried leg, claw and body sections. It was the best crab I've ever had.. And I've eaten lots of them many ways all over the world. It must have been a sight for the other diners to watch this well dressed older couple cracking crab and picking meat with their fingers with bits of breading popping all over the place. But the taste was so delightful, and the wait staff kept the warm finger towels coming until we couldn't eat another bite!
To get the most for your money at this place, sign up for the Bellagio texts and emails. Take the offer that includes a $100 dining credit with a room ( usually offered for slower weeks)... That dining credit is limited to just some restaurants at Bellagio, but the Jasmine is one and you can really have great experience on a deal.

We haven't had a good Chinese meal in years. We used to visit Chinatown in New York but since we moved to Aventura Florida, nothing compared.

We decided to try Jasmine and found the room itself to be quite attractive and the view of the fountain to be striking.

The food was excellent!

Reminiscent of the Chinese food we had on Mott St.

We're going to make Jasmine a "must visit" from now on.

Really interesting 'Asian' influenced brunch concept served on Sundays. A blend of English High Tea and Asian favourites including a Peking Duck carving section, wok station serving great noodles in broth, excellent desserts and very kind service

This restaurant, located in The Bellagio was a little pricey but well worth it. The service is undeniably the best I've ever had for any restaurant in Vegas. Well done Jasmine!
