We were in town for a convention October 11-13.

I arrived at noon, unfortunately my room wasn't ready. Left my bags with the bell staff and went and set up our booth. Grabbed lunch, gambled a little and got a text saying my room was ready.

Room 16-107 was very clean, large and comfortable. The bed was super comfy after a long day. In room dining was great, and not too expensive with the added delivery fee and gratuity like other hotels.

The food was good, the steak house Tbones was really good, yes pricey but delicious.

We wanted a place quiet and good food. We chose the cafe and we were not disappointed. David was our server and he was knowledgeable and fun. Our room was super duper. We love the venue and pool. All was fabulous

We have stayed at the Red Rock hotel and resort 5-6 times over the past 10 years and it never disappoints. It is a spectacular property, from interior design to location, and a welcome relief from the madness of the strip. It's about 10 miles west in Summerlin, and much higher than the city which makes for some terrific views. The hotel rooms are absolutely luxurious, yet often the rates are less that what you would pay for a typical Marriott or similar accommodations. The casino is friendly and avoids the crushing crowds of the strip area, and it also avoids the automatic shuffler machines that ruin the blackjack game as far as we're concerned. There are restaurants, movies, bowling, bingo, whatever you might enjoy on your Vegas vacation. The only thing missing is entertainment, there is no show lounge or bar bands. There is a nightclub. We're too old for that now! The views from hotel rooms are either "strip view" or canyon view", can't decide which we like best so we alternate between stays. The sunrise over the eastern mountains and the strip makes a beautiful photo. Likewise, the sunset over the western mountains and Red Rock Canyon, just a short drive away. We have always been satisfied with the service and competence of the hotel and resort staff, very professional and friendly. There is a lovely shopping area nearby, and again lots of dining choices there. Takes about 15-20 minutes to drive down to the strip for a visit. Anymore, a very quick visit for a show is enough for us, then we skedaddle back to our haven in the red rocks.

Fantastic all the way around. Only about 20 mins from the strip via Uber. We had a deluxe king strip view room for our 5 day stay. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. I do wish there were more hangers in the closet and more hooks in the bathroom for robes and such. The bathroom was very clean and the soaking tub was a comfort after being on my feet all day. The maid service was thorough. The wifi was good, as we used it a lot. There was a newspaper at our door each morning (which is included in the resort fee). The pool and the surrounding area was beautiful and very clean. Common areas were also. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We definitely will be back!

Resort-based Mexican spot with colorful, funky-chic decor, an inventive menu & daily happy hour. I attended a Spring Fling Network Social in an upbeat environment. Nice waiter and great food/drinks. The salsa & guacamole are both VERY good.
