“We love the HRH!”
Reviewed 3 April 2012

My boyfriend and I got a fantastic deal with the Hard Rock Hotel from Groupon, so I would recommend looking to Groupon if you are planning to go to Vegas. We had a great time, and this was really because the HRH is a fantastic hotel. The people that work there are really nice and helpful. The atmosphere is laid back, chill, and fun. The music they play is mostly awesome, and this goes a long way in making the atmosphere so fun. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The room even had a huge framed pic of KISS on the wall!! It was great! We both had so much fun and so we spent most of our time just hanging out in the HRH 'cuz everything we needed/wanted was all right there. We highly recommend this hotel! (And for us, it was a real plus that the hotel is off-strip...)

Room Tip: Staying in the HRH Tower places you closer to the casino area, the exits, the second floor lounge, a...

The hotel was great, I was here last weekend with a my best friend for a girls weekend type of thing. We stayed at the HRH tower and it was amazing. The valet and bell guys are very friendly and super helpful. We had a great time at the pool (minus it being super windy but thats not their fault!) everything from the staff to the amenties in the room were great! the only downside was that sometimes we got cranky operators that kind of put us off but other than that everything was great!

Will be back soon!!!

Room Tip: Beds are super comfy!

I booked my room online through Hotwire. I arrived at 11 pm on a Sunday night. When I tried to check in the lady behind the counter told me the Manager would handle my check in.

Several people were in line to see him.
We were all told that they had flooded the internet with rooms that weren't available and we were sent across the street to Rumor.

Mark the manager made no attempts to apologize or help the 15 people around me to the hotel they were sending us to.

NEVER EVER EVER Giving the Hard Rock money again.

Room Tip: Go somewhere else

Firstly this is not on-strip which is a major drawback. The walk from hotel to strip is about 10 minutes, which is not a big deal. The hotel has a shuttle but the walk is not too far.

Rooms are fantastic, clean, well-fitted and spacious. The weather did not allow us to partake of the pool but it looked really inviting.
Service was ok. Standard for Vegas, which in worldwide terms is excellent.
Shopping "mall" has tattoo palour which I can only imagine has claimed some "victims" in its time.
Tables in the casino are the same minimums as the strip casinos, $5 minimum.
I love Hard Rock and I was not disappointed with this hotel.

I recently syaed at the Hard Rock Hotel on St Patricks day week-end, I had a great time and would reccomend a stay here anytime. From the front desk, hskg, check out all staff were great. I ate at Mr Lucky;s a few times and the food and service was good, the Pink Taco also has great mexican food. The overall Hotel has loud rock music playing 24 - 7 and it really makes this hotel and casino one of a kind. And had the best nights sleep the beds are great.

Room Tip: If you like to sleep in do not get a room overlooking the pool area, the muic starts at 9:00 am and...
