We visited the Mackay School of Earth Sciences and Engineering Museum. It is on the University of Nevada campus. It is also the 2nd oldest museum in Nevada,

There is an outstanding collection of fossils, minerals, gems, and photographs There is very interesting information on Nevada's mines. There is also a silver exhibit. We found the collections well presented and very good samples.
