Me, my husband and our two small boys recently stayed here a long weekend and were sorely disappointed that we had paid as much as we did per night. This hotel is in serious need of some updating but I can almost always look past that if everything is clean. We stayed in a 1 bedroom deluxe which came with a kitchenette and separate bedroom. The dishes in the kitchen were dirty. The sinks in/near the bathroom both had hair in them when we arrived, as did the shower. It all just felt dirty. Additionally the pool on site was extremely grimy but the temperature was pleasant enough that my kids enjoyed it. There were however several umbrellas on the patio that were broken. They looked like they have been blown inside out. The chair looks very old and dirty as well. We were also disappointed that the hotel no longer has a restaurant as it has been shut down. That was not mentioned anywhere on the website when we booked our room. There aren't any restaurants close by so with two small kids, that was a huge inconvenience come dinner time. The hotel has an over all grimy musty smell and I definitely would never stay here again. There's nothing about the location or price of this hotel that makes the uncleanliness worth putting up with. So disappointed.

But there’s more
Rooms are cheap
Bed comes out from the wall
Very old and not comfortable at all
The hotel is very old and need a major renovation
We’ve asked for regular beds and were asked to pay twice as much

Won’t b back

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your stay. We have numerous room types and a couple of them have Murphy wall beds, but we also have other standard rooms and suites with queen and king beds. I'm sorry that the room you book did not work well for you and the other types we had available were at a higher price.

The room was well maintained with a pull down mattress and a pull out couch, although other rooms have actual non-pull out beds and such. The pool and jacuzzi were very nice although crowded at night. Nothing too ridiculously special about it, but I would stay again at this location. Location is pretty good, close to Mt. Washington and North Conway. Plenty of scenic trails and roads nearby as well.

We traded our timeshare week for a week here. We had a 1 bedroom unit but plenty of room for the 3 kids to sleep. There was a Murphy bed, pull out sofa and couch so everyone had there own space. The bathroom had double sinks which was nice. The kitchen was tiny so we did not cook as much as we had originally planned on. There was no cabinet space for food we brought but the kitchen was well stocked with plates, pans, etc. Besides lacking cabinet space there was no laundry in the room which we have always had with our timeshare trades and always use. The pool was heated and was awesome. It was kind of a pain having to wait for housekeeping to swap out the pool towels instead of being able to get them at the pool or lobby. We heard the resort was undergoing some transitions as far as the restaurants go bit it would be great to have a restaurant or some type of food available as there are not many restaurants close by without heading into North Conway. For the most part the staff was very nice and accommodating. There was one front desk person that was kind of rude when we asked for more pool towels (long blond hair) but she did call housekeeping to bring towels to our room. All in all we thought this resort was a good fit for our family and hope to come back.
