MY husband and I visited The Adair Inn this weekend for the second time - we were not disappointed - our room had a king sized bed with the most luxurious sheets ever- there was a large soaking tub which both of us had a long, hot delightful bath in- so relaxing!!! Tom and Cindy, the proprietors, added so much to our visit- we felt like we were visiting family. The attention to detail at the Adair is amazing- the atmosphere is warm and inviting , and very homey- except very upscale too- we will be back!

Thank Adrienne M

This place hasnt been the same since Brad and Ilja left. Have been going to Adair for close to 12 years now and was once a favorite. This last visit we thought that it is run more like and B and B now. Which is fine if thats whats you are looking for. But the price for the room is more for an upscale inn. They did not have the turndown service that they had in the past. Afternoon tea used to have a selection of home baked treats to choose from. This visit only one thing was offered, a peanut butter fudge. I dont like peanut butter so was out of luck. Breakfast isnt until 830 (which is not unusual for an inn) but there is usually fresh brewed coffee out by 7, 7:30. Not so here anymore. Though they did have a Keurig. It was busy season when we went so maybe these things are still done just not during peak season, which isnt an excuse if you're charging well over 400.00 a night. I just feel the things that put this Inn a step above the rest are no longer there. The rooms are nice and if the price was more in line to a standard B and B the value would be there. When you are paying a premium price, you are also paying for an upscale inn experience too. That doesnt seem to be the case here anymore. The worst part was the dirty glass in the bathroom that had toothpaste marks on the rim. Overall, if you're looking for a nice B and B and don't mind paying premium price, it fits the bill. If you're looking for an upscale inn experience in the same price range, there are other inns in the area that are much better.

We ended up here because Bethlehem has few restaurants and we didn't want to drive to Littleton.

I thought the service was excellent and attentive. The food, however, was not a standout. I think they could use some updating in their menu offerings.
