This was a special treat after a nice day of skiing. We have been here many times and always enjoy the beautiful venue. Excellent food and service. A quiet night, but enjoyed the piano music throughout the dinner. Instead of bread and butter a basket of different breads (pita, etc.) and crackers was served with olive oil and balsamic, pickled carrots and olives. Beef tenderloin and shrimp, special salad and seafood chowder were all excellent. Sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream for dessert was decadent.

We were lucky to be able to sit at a table by the windows (stunning views) both for dinner and breakfast. Service for both was friendly and impeccable. Breakfast was very good. The dinner menu was quite varied with a lovely wine list (and the wine was served at the proper temperature which can make such a difference!) Our starter salads and entrees were quite good. Overall the experience was lovely and, expensive but we'd do it again for a special occasion!

The breakfast buffet was amazing! Blueberry sausages with made to order omelettes.
Our server kept my cranberry/orange juice full and the coffee never ended.
New England biscuits and gravy and french toast-my goodness there was no lunch that day.
Elegant setting with great server from New Hampshire.

Many great choices at the breakfast buffet and the staff does a great job of making sure everything is fully stocked. Dinner, on the other hand, was overpriced and just not that good. I had the steak and it was the smallest cut of meat I've ever seen for almost $50. We only ate here for dinner once since it was clear other places had better food at a lower cost.

This dining room has nothing On the Breton Arms Inn,the food was excellent but it was not a “dining experience” as I expected from MWH. The music was nice, but atmosphere was not intimate and food came out quickly. We were in and out in under an hour and just didn’t seem worth it. We will keep coming back to the hotel but not the main dining room.
