Description: At Margarita Grill it's not just about the food,it's ALL about the food! A NH Farm to Table Certified Restaurant, we're proud to support NH Farmers and producers of high quality products. Our food is Southwestern, a blend of many cuisines: gringo, Native American, pre-Hispanic, Hispanic, Cowboy, Chuckwagon and Mexican, with a smattering Creole and Cajun thrown in for good measure. At Margarita Grill, we start with the freshest ingredients, including local produce and high quality meats. We've even developed our own salsas, and accent our meats and fish with special rubs and flavor enhancers. And just as we layer each ingredient in our many dishes, we often layer flavors by utilizing a variety of cooking techniques including smoking, braising and grilling. The result? Hearty, flavorful, Southwest-inspired dishes with a unique twist that's all our own. There's no doubt that there's something for everyone here. Take a look at our menu, you'll see what we mean. Come in and visit us for a true NH experience!

On each vacation to Jackson NH we try to visit the Margarita Grill. On this visit I ordered the BBQ Pork ribs with black beans. The meat easily pulled away from the ribs, and had wonderful flavor. The black beans were cooked just enough but weren't mushy. For dessert we ordered the Brownie Sundae, easily ample for two to share, but you may want it all for yourself!

We came across this restaurant while looking for a place for dinner, and it was delicious! There were 4 in our party, and each of us ordered something different - from Fajitas to pulled pork, to grilled chicken and a burger. Every one of us thought the food was delicious. We sat on the porch (screened and with a roof), and the breeze felt great. There was a pretty view, too! It seems to be where they put all the large parties with children, though, and there was quite a rowdy bunch there letting the children run amuck, so we had a hard time hearing each other speak. The lighting is low, too, on the porch, but I thought it made the atmosphere nice. One word of caution - for sandwiches, the prices were a bit on the high side ($13 for a pulled pork & fries). However, the portions were more than generous.

This was my favorite restaurant in the North Conway area the week we spent here. The food was delicious, especially the guacamole. Our waiter was really friendly and I thought the decor was cozy and interesting.

We had a very good meal here however it felt like we were eating in the dark because the lighting was so low.

I would recommend the BBQ pork nachos and the mushroom and gorgonzola soup (A special the night we went). I was not a fan of the stuffed jalapeno peppers.

All of the food coming out of the kitchen and going to other tables looked very good and seem to be of high quality.

We have been coming to this place for over ten year food use to be outstanding but the last 2 time we ate there , the food was just good. The menu has change and there is less research on the food. I use to take the beef burrito supreme it use to come dress with lime sour creme now it just come naked :-(
All the little flair that use to make the food pops are gone.. I dont know if they change the chef or the owner but it's not the same anymore. There plenty of great restaurant in the region, i think from now own we will go somewhere else
RIP Margarita Grill
