Great spot located right on Elm Street in Manchester.

The food is consistently good. They have a large menu, with lots of Greek Specialties. The Spinach Pita is out of this world. The portions are good sized and fairly priced. They also have a large board of daily specials, as well as a lunch specials menu.

There is a bar with Tv's, as well as an outside patio area, which is nice during spring and summer.

The staff is really nice and super attentive. Great Value for the money!

The food at Theo's was not to bad and the prices were low. The service was terrible. The entire service staff consisted of two people, one of which also tended bar and the other seemed new and unfamiliar with the menu and POS system.. There were 12 occupied tables.

I like dining somewhere that I can count on to deliver quality consistently. I often order the same items again and again, so I like it when they are served consistently the same way. Theo’s delivers this perfectly. Salads are huge. Sandwich fillings are generous. BBQ lamb is cooked just the way you order it. Seasoned fries are outstanding. Pizza is very good.

My husband loves a couple of the regular lunch specials, especially the complete turkey dinner and the chicken pot pie. The servings are enormous, so go hungry.

On this visit for lunch I went for veal parm, but not the “traditional” parmesan sandwich. They also offer a “real veal” option. The difference is chopped, pressed together patties versus tenders of actual veal. Go for whichever you prefer. They’ll serve it up on whichever bread option you want, with plenty of cheese and sauce, too. YUM!

Service is always great… We love Diane, whether we are dining for breakfast or stopping in for a bite at the bar. Sharon is also simply wonderful. Parking is also free and off the street.

You can pop in to Theo’s for a quick meal, or you can linger for as long as you like. They always make us feel at home.

We went here for a quick dinner and were the only customers while there. The waitress was extremely attentive and friendly. Food was average without the homemade appeal. Breakfast is supposed to be very good here. Parking can be a bit difficult. Restaurant is clean and rather old fashioned.

Had a quick dinner before an event at the verizon center. Kids 2 and 6 happily ate french fried and chicken fingers. Husband and I had burgers. Good food and good service
