We visited on a Saturday morning when the mall first opened. The crowds were non existent. This is a nice time to visit as this outlet attracts many customers that are very rude. We did purchase a couple items however the prices here are very high and you can definitely get better prices for the items here cheaper somewhere else.

This is ok to visit but the crowds and high prices make this a place to stay away from.

My wife and I have been coming here at least once a year for the past five years as there is no comparison in NNE. Kittery & Stilton just don’t have the variety or convenience. Easy access and one stop convenience with both first run & discounted items available make this a great outlet center. Unique story line JA Henkles, Bloomingdales & regulars like Columbia simply make this an easy choice for shopping.

We have been going here on and off for the past few years. This outlet has plenty of parking all round and once you become a regular you can figure out where to park so you can enter from one of roughly three entry spots to make it convenient to go to shops you prefer.

Tommy Hilfiger, GAP, Nike, New Balance, Calvin Klein, Banana Republic, Aeropostale are family favourites - I am sure I am missing some. Samsonite, Hanes, a couple of kitchen ones and the food court is ok, could be better. For such a large place, this is disappointing and apart from a Qdoba which is a drive away, nothing decent to eat nearby. They should review the food licensees to better improve quality. It can get crowded at times, but not much.

There's quite a number of the same kind of stores to choose from. Example, shoe stores, boutiques, etc. We were there 3 months ago and noticed several stores were closing. We asked merchants the reason and said their leases were up and it's too expensive to renew. Example, Reebok. So be careful before you go and google the stores for an update. And most had no intention of relocating locally. Food cafe is smaller than others we've seen, but offers a variety of food. It's all outdoors, so pick a nice day to shop!

I have been to so many outlets up and down the east coast seaboard. I'm attached to the waist to a shop-o-holic. The Merrimack one if as good as any of them and New Hampshire is sales tax free so that's a bonas. Premium Outlets are very much like a chain of chain stores. They all offer deep discounts. All the stores are well kept. It's not the largest outlet mall but a long way from the smallest one (# of outlet stores) Well laid out, easy parking (even has some good Veterans parking I believe - kind of nice as I'm getting older and this is appreciated). If you are looking for branded apparel this is a good place for deals. I like Ralph Lauren myself, my beau she loves the cosmetics company store.
