We stopped in for a quick bite before driving back home. We split a meatball sub and each had a slice of pepperoni pizza. The restaurant is not very big, and appears dated. It is a pizza shop and not a restaurant with wait staff. The Meatball sub was not noteworthy, but when we got the slices of pizza, wow!. It is a thin crust pizza that appears to have oil in it. The taste was terrific and the texture was exactly what we wanted. I believe this is the best pizza I have had. I used to like Papa Gino's, but it is inconsistent. If you like a thin crust oily pizza with plenty of flavor, try Elvios. we were pleasantly surprised and will try it again.
