This place serves the best “Gallo Pinto” with choice of steak, chicken or classic. They even put some Costa Rican restaurants to shame when it comes to this dish, it’s a must try!

This was ok for breakfast on NJ diner standards. The menu is varied and offer nice breakfast specials. Pancakes are a little dry but the gravy for the disco fries is delicious. Kids menu is good too.

Very fast and convenient a huge menu with big portions the soup and salads are good so are some of the daily specials.
Great price on dinners, soup or salad and entree dessert and coffee or tea.
Usually always busy.
Will return, like it much better than the Bridewater Diner.

Hash browns were not
Warm. Toast was burned. Asked for replacement and it was ok. Never got a refill on hot tea. Grits were good. Eggs tolerable. Service so so.

If you live in New Jersey, chances are, you're at a diner at least once a month, if not, once a week. Time to Eat is a good diner with the typical food you'd expect from a diner plus their portions (and every other diners' portions) are huge. The thing I love about diners is the value - lots of food for the money and Time to Eat is no different.
