We camped here in a fifth wheel several times over a period of a few years when it was Laurel Pond. Our last stay several years ago was the worst camping experience ever - no water at our site, manager / owner was no where to be found, roads and sites were overgrown and there were several cabins of "camp workers" that were very loud, rowdy party all day and night people.

We saw the name had changed, saw some good reviews and decided to give Crystal Springs a try. We are so glad we did. Melissa was very helpful and polite on the phone when we made our reservation, even getting fire wood delivered to our site before we arrived. From the office to the campsite everything has changed. The bushes and trees have been trimmed, campground and sites cleaned up, roads graded, and above all a quiet, comfortable campground.

We visited in August 2015 and plan on visiting again before we winterize our trailer.

Room Tip: Large sites, back-in and pull-thru, all S/W/E/C, 20/50 amp

Hubby and I was working in Nj. Staying in another campground. Wasn't very happy with. We call Melissa she was so personable and helpful we moved. Stayed from April to October and would recommend the place to anyone. One day we were at work and they noticed we had a water problem at our camper. The staff handles it above and beyond the norm. Called us at work to make us aware. The lots are like having your own little piece of land there. Play ground for kids. Beautifully landscaped. Peaceful. Perfect camp spot

We were a little skeptical about the previous history of this place - it had a bad reputation with the previous owners. We are a bicycle touring group from all over the US, and we like to stay where we are made to feel welcome and appreciated as customers. Crystal springs did just that. Although there was a mechanical problem with the heating in one of our units, we were quickly moved to another cabin where the heat was just fine. They offered us free firewood for our troubles and stayed with us during the move process. Special thanks to Melissa for really going out of her way to accommodate us. Kudos to the new owners of this fine luxury resort. It's clean, beautiful and the people make it even better. Cheers to you - we'll be back. :)

Room Tip: Give Melissa a call and just ask! They are very accommodating.

I got married in New Jersey over the summer. Was looking for accommodations for friends and family, and I found this place. It was great the resort was clean. Our family rented several cabins and they put us all together so it was like a mini reunion. The staff was very friendly! The cabins were very cute and clean! We will definitely remember this place!
