This is a great hotpot place, lots of selections from meat, poultry, seafood, to veggies. Everything is fresh and nicely prepared for hotpot. I would recommend the double pot with spicy and mild broth. The place specialized in lamb as you can tell from the name. If you like hotpot, you will like this place.

What a different kind of restaurant! Boiling broths on the table, a wide selection of raw meats fish and veggies to dip in and cook rapidly. So much fun! A wide variety of sauces available to mix and match. The angus beef was outstanding, chicken skewers were delicious. Lots of fun for the family of 5, including three hungry teens. $93 before tip!

It takes a while to cook your food there, but worth the wait. The concept in this national chain is a good one. The broth can be made to any heat capacity you wish and the spicy hits its mark for sure. Next time I will get more meat and less veggies. The bread is outrageoud at $4.75 a steal although it is not on the menu. Just ask for it. A loaf feeds 6 people well.

We stopped at h mart, and this was a spur of the moment stop on our way home from the beach. We took my dad's Chinese wife and even she loved it. The ordering is a bit overwhelming, there's a ton of choices, and it took forever for me to get a fork. The food was amazing and lots of it.

You only have 1.5 hour to eat, but, it's more than enough. Ordering system is a tag chaotic, food is quite good otherwise (after all we are in U.S.), not all the ingredients are top notch.
