My wife and I ook my cousin and his wife to Vidalia for the first time last night. All we can say is that Sal was off the hook with his cooking. The service , the meal, and just how comfortable we all felt in this restaurant made for a great evening. The appetizers were excellent, especially the Vidalia bread. My cousin and I both had the veal parm, which we both have not had in a while, and this had to be one of the best we have had. Again my thanks go out to Sal and the staff at Vadalia for a very nice evening.
