It's on a quiet street close to a quiet beach, which is what we wanted. I would have to say that the "second bathroom" made me laugh, it's a toilet in the laundry room. The place lacked some essential kitchen gadgets and cookware. The mosquitoes were a hazard in the backyard. There are ants in kitchen and they crawl over everything. The walls and doors are paper thin (you can hear everything, and I mean *everything*). The beds are old and we had some issues.
That being said, there were a lot of pros that, despite the cons, may have us back next year (maybe) The screened porch was a major plus. You actually don't need to bring all your linens!! Each room has linens, pillows, and blankets. There are bath, kitchen, and beach towels. The owner has things available to you such as cooking spices and condiments (plus hot cocoa mix and biscotti!). Although, we didn't use the items, the shed in the back has 3 adult bikes, 2 kayaks, and some other beach stuff. I like that the place doesn't have rugs or carpets (it is a "pet friendly" rental, so it's nice knowing we aren't walking on something disgusting).
I would recommend this rental, but with some reserve because of the ants and lack of some kitchen things. (And, remember, you can hear *everything* behind the doors of your bedroom!) If you're okay with these things, then go for it!
PS. If you rent this place, be sure to get your own directions, the real estate agency does not give them to you.
