While driving on Route 46 I had seen that some new restaurants had opened up in a strip mall on New Road but hadn't been able to tell what was there so we made a special trip for a weekend investigation. We had a delicious lunch- Bun (vermicelli) with roast pork and spring rolls. The herbs and vegetables were finely chopped, the sauce flavorful and the dish was served with a sprinkling of fried onions and chopped peanuts. The ingredients were fresh and there was attention to detail- I agree with another reviewer that the food was better than another Vietnamese restaurant down the road and that it is worth a slightly longer trip and perhaps a jug handle (depending on where you are coming from) to come here instead. The service was much better than the place down the road as well. I am looking forward to returning- perhaps for dinner- when we can try a variety of the dishes. FYI- it is BYOB.
