I stayed at this cute little motel and just a few blocks away from the boardwalk and right across from the beach. It didn’t have a view to the beach but just a hop, skip and a jump and you are at the beach. It’s convenient because you can park and save on the very expensive public and private parking. It’s clean and the reception people were pleasant. There is a snack bar in the pool area which was also convenient to get your morning coffee. It’s not fancy but the furniture and bathroom facilities were neat and tidy. I stayed at a motel a few weeks earlier and it was a horror story. This is definitely a step up by orders of magnitude. I would stay here again when I want to do an overnight stay to enjoy the beach and boardwalk.

Think before booking. We were in room 16 and it was very loud. Walls are paper thin and we could hear the washing machine running constantly. We also did not have cleaning service, and when I asked that evening, I was told to “speak with the owner.” We had no fresh towels, and when I asked for those, the desk told me I’d have to wait, as he was the only one working that afternoon. Room was furnished nicely, but it was just way too loud and not at all “friendly.” You can do better for that distance from beach/boardwalk.

I was put in a room next to a closet. I had to climb a steep set of stairs to get to the room. The room smellled like bleach and I couldn't open a windwo. During the night there was a loud noise about every hour or so that lasted a few minutes Do very disturbing. The staff were nice but dissapointed with the room. The pillows were average or subpar. Not worth the money.
