Great stay at the Driftwood. Nice clean room, beautiful beach, nice pool and very friendly staff. Minutes away from the boardwalk, shopping places, and great restaurants. The owner Betty Ann even let us check in early because our room was ready.
Overpriced, oversold and massively underwhelmed.
Unfriendly, unhelpful, inflexible, irredeemable and pretty much indescribable.
Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of far better alternatives in Point Pleasant and other neighbouring areas.
Extremely clean hotel. Rooms were recently redone and are beautiful. Private pool and beach are great. Has a snack bar. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Very close the Jenkensons boardwalk.
Do not deal with these tricksters, I paid a $285 deposit which was half the amount for a two night stay. When I arrived the owner/manager was totally discombobulated and very rushed. My card was charged $410 and trying to contact them has been impossible, no response. My sister booked a separate room and they did the same thing.
On top of that the rooms were not clean and had ants.
Never again.
Never made it to this Motel, but look out for misleading information. I canceled my reservation within minutes. Mistakenly made and spoke to the manager, who confirmed me there won't be a problem canceling and to do so with the third party site now neither wants to take the blame and they charge me for the night. Very upsetting how this Motel misses leading its customers. And Customer service was not pleasant at all. I will never stay here. And let everyone know to be care full with this motel. 0 ratings from me!!!🤬🤬🤬
