Loved the brunch. Was so nice to do something different and interesting. The food was great as was the service. Went back a for lunch a few weeks later. Also thought it was great the second time.

We went there for late brunch, to try it out for the first time. The owner used to own/run the Pithari Taverna in Highland Park, one of our favorite Greek Restaurants in the area. We liked the simple decor that includes several important and meaningful Greek words. Their space is not expansive so they use the concept of "communal" tables -not all of them- that you might share a table with other people. You see that a lot more in European restaurants lately, too. We all had either a sandwich/panini style or the famous Greek "pites" (Spinach, Cheese, Meat, Cheese & Ham, etc) that are a staple of Greek bakeries and very common breakfast, lunch, snack food. They all tasted great -just like in Greece- and their homemade Greek bread was also perfect. Their service was pretty good. We will definitely be going back to try their regular food menu that looked very good. This looks like a nice place to enjoy traditional Greek dishes and we hope it will become a staple in the Princeton area. BTW, it is BYOB, too.

After driving past this unassuming Greek restaurants for a few weeks we decided to give it a try for dinner. Relaxed but cool decor, lively atmosphere, friendly staff, fresh and authentic Greek food. Very happy we gave it a try. They also serve breakfast, which we will have to try next time. It is BYOB. Location: just outside of central Princeton in residential neighborhood. Street parking.

My review was accidentally sent in with the incorrect name. It is under Two Sevens also in Princeton. Went to both this past week . HELP!

I've eaten at Local Greek twice for lunch and once for dinner. Both times the food was excellent. The appetizer spreads are authentic served with bread or cucumber slices if you are gluten intolerant. Salads are big and imaginative. The main courses are plentiful and can be shared. Have only had one dessert so far.
The staff is pleasant and well trained. The restaurant has a nice clean look, the tables are a bit close together as it has become very popular. They are creating more eating space in the coming month. A small market with popular Greek items is part of the place.
I recommend making a reservation or coming early.
