This was a business luncheon served buffet style on Cinco de Mayo, 2017.
The food was pleasant, although the dishes (see picture) were only warm, not hot.
As depicted in the picture of the plate, there was pulled pork, plaintains, black beans,
and sliced chicken. There were two containers of ice cream (vanilla and chocolate), from which scooping had previously occurred. Of the food, there was nothing terribly bad, although nothing above average.
Curiously, the men's room had no hot water.
