Stayed here overnight. Nice jacuzzi but no bubbles. Plenty of parking. Only inconvenience were the guests next door who were very loud and would start arguing. Breakfast is given in breakfast bags now due to covid.

The hotel is very nice. very nice front desk staff. clean rooms and bathrooms. the pool was closed due to COVID which is understandable. Bed is so comfortable and the rooms are very quiet. Would recommend to anyone coming to toms river!

I stayed at this hotel while traveling in for business reasons in the area. At first it was fine, room was ok, chairs were stained and gross but I see this in hotels. Bed was clean.
My rating comes from the desk staff upon checkout. They were not very nice and refused to give me an invoice for my stay. They shunned 3RD party booking and made me feel like I did something wrong. Will not be staying with the brand again.

Unfortunately we do not give you receipts from any 3rd party sites. That is something you must get yourself from whomever you booked through. And you are correct, we have a bad taste in our mouths due to dealing with these off brand sites. Very often the reservations are filled with mistakes. I am sorry that you were so sensitive to my comment, I guess I've learned to let comments just roll off my back and and ignore them.

The breakfast here was ok. The bacon wasn't very tasty and the bagels were bland. If you're cool with yogurt, cereal, and oatmeal type options you'll be fine. The coffee is awful. The rooms had wallpaper that was peeling off the walls but they still have an ok appearance and I like saving money so not a big deal. The pool and hot tub area could use repainting. The workout room should just be shut down. There was a leaking pipe and it was splashing all the electric workout equipment. Awful coffee and tea available in the breakfast room all day. The staff was friendly and there were cookies available one evening in the lobby. The beds were comfy with plenty of pillows. There was a mini fridge in the room but no microwave. Overall I would stay here again to save $30 or so a night because I'm not super picky.

Dear not super picky, Breakfast is free and if it didn't satisfy you there is a cute diner a block away. You could do a lot worse. But please come again.

Stayed here 2 nights & never got housekeeping. After we complained to the front desk twice we were told the "Do not disturb' sign was on the door. It was once for 20 minutes in the AM. The front desk said they only come by once per day to clean rooms & don't come back. Asked to have manager contact us for a discount & of course they never did. It seems like there is not a manager on site very much. Breakfast was OK. Indoor pool very small. Thought a chain that was around so long would provide better service.

Dear Jersey, I do not give discounts for rooms not serviced. If housekeeping indicated that the DO Not Disturb sign was on the door we question them . They are there to work and not ignore their duties. I am so sorry that you were not happy.....maybe the next time will be better. God bless you.

Our 2018 and 2019 visit was wonderful ! Staff, food front desk and of course Pat Brecka was a great host. Many Kudos to her!!! We have been here a few other years also. blessings on a very good vacation choice!!!
