We stayed at the Days Hotel in Toms River for one night on 4/12. We were there for a cheer competition for my daughter with a large group of friends. We arrive to check in at 5pm, leave hotel for dinner then come back at 10pm, rush kids to sleep right away, wake up at 6:30am to get them ready for cheer competition and check out leave hotel by 8:00. I just found out that they charged me $799.69 for a broken TV!!! We did not touch the TV for the 9 hrs we stayed in the room. I called the hotel and the manager never returned my call. There was at least 20 families in our group and booked as a group but they didn't care to even return my call. Avoid staying here and if you have to make sure to take video, pictures of everything and check your bill after the stay. Never in my life i have experienced something like this and I stay at hotels all the time for work.

The Days Hotel in Tom's River is just what we needed when we traveled to the area for an early gymnastics meet. The hotel is conveniently located a few minutes drive from the RW Barnabas Arena, which is a nice venue where the meet was held. The hotel is not fancy, but it is clean and pleasant. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and the room furnished nicely. The bathroom is dated, but clean. Everything worked well, and they had nice toiletries available (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion.) We didn't use the indoor pool, but it looked fine. There are a small exercise room and coin-operated laundry machines as well The hotel serves our needs for the night.
