The staff was courteous and friendly. The room was clean and well appointed. Having a freezer in the mini fridge was a welcome addition, allowed me to refreeze my freezer packs for my daily events. Would stay here again.

Clean and comfortable, I chose this hotel at the recommendation of a friend I was visiting. My quibbles are minor -- you cannot open the black-out drapes, the walls in my room were a little beat up, and they could use better lit signage to the property at night. Otherwise, everyone was welcoming and friendly -- I'd definitely consider staying here again.

On the plus side: The staff was super engaged and helpful, the hotel was quiet and comfortable, it has a pool, and I felt like security at this hotel was above average (you needed a room key to access the hall leading to the rooms).
Some small dings: In some places the room could use a facelift or a coat of paint; and $10 for the breakfast buffet felt kind of silly to me when it's pretty much the same breakfast that is included free with other Choice Hotels. Also, we were told the bar would be open until 10 pm and it suddenly was closed by 9 pm because traffic was slow. Really wished we had known that would be the case.
That all said, I would recommend staying here and very much appreciated the staff's help in our time of need.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast (not included) was buffet style with a variety of options each morning. The room was well priced and a great value. We will definitely stay there again.

Stay was crazy. First wrong type of room. Changed me to correct type for 1 night. Next morning had to go to different room. Finally son got injured while there. Went to ER .. Manager offered to pay for injuries .. Still waiting for refund 9 months later

We stayed here for one night and had no problems whatsoever. Our spacious room, 110, had two queen beds and was clean and quiet. We liked the wood flooring in the room instead of carpeting; there was also a fridge and a microwave that we didn't use. The huge bathroom counter had lots of space for toiletries, and the tub had grab bars and a non-skid surface, always welcome. There were nice, thirsty white towels, too. The beds were comfortable and each had four pillows. We had dinner at Ike's Pub while watching some baseball, and the server, Carly, was very friendly. The breakfast buffet does cost 8.50 per person, but is pretty generous, with lots of choices. Overall a solid stay in Toms River.
