I bought a voucher for this wine tasting and pairing. I arrived with my friend and we sat at a table where a lady presented us with 4 cheeses with crackers and 4 chocolates. She then put 8 glasses of red and white wine on the table, each of which was labeled with a Koki pen on the bottom of the glass and then disappeared. We had to share the glasses of wine, and were given no information about the wine. I had to ask for a price list and no information was given about any of the wines. A very strange tasting. We left without buying any wine . Very disappointing!!!

Nice wine tasting experience with excelent wines to choose from and it fits any budget. Friendly staff. they could tell more about the history of the Cellar and surroundings. This place lend itself to become a nice small bouquet restaurant and perhaps this could be explored.

All I can say is WOW. What an amazing experience. We arrived at the cellars at 10.30am on New Years Eve.... so no judging please... We were offered a couple of options for wine tasting.... we settled on one and were blown away by the knowledge gained and the fabulous wines. The staff were amazing and even after the doors closed at 12pm so they could go and celebrate the new year with their families, they kept on entertaining us until we had decided on what wines were our new favorites. Such an amazing experience. Thank you Soraya and team!

What a wine taste experience. Nice drive from cape town, short and sweet. Cellar is just on other side of wellington. When you walk in, you feel comfortable and at home. Xenia, our hostess and pourer, made this very special. Vibrant, energetic, funny... really a perfect person to make you feel comfortable. Very knowledgable about wines and the marketing side of it. Told us interesting stories ( if you want to know why all wines in south africa come from wellington or where the afrikaans expression for bunking school come from, ask her). To come back to the wines, very good value for money.
