Honeymoon mood

Booked this villa thru weddingku.com to celebrate our 19th anniversary, I bought the 3D/2N honeymoon package, includes airport transport vv, candle light dinner, picnic box, daily breakfast, minibar.
It’s a really honeymoon concept villa, each villa is very private, with a nice big room with all glass window, with a private big pool, nicely decorated for honeymooners.
Staff is very warm and nice, the driver who picked us up from the airport is very friendly, the front desk staff greets us with name and everything is well prepared.
The path walk to villa is nicely and neatly arranged trees, thus giving the impression of beautiful and privacy.
Entering the villa, wow, everything is decorated with honeymoon mood. The bed, the bathtub, full of flowers and love shaped. The staff introduce us on the villas facilities and everything is set to our preferences; breakfast time, dinner time, picnic time etc.
Villa is located in the middle of Seminyak area, just a walk distance to Seminyak Square, lots of boutique and cafes along the road to Seminyak Square.
It’s really enjoyable 3D/2N for us, a very worth the money spent with all the facilities and ambiences.

Amazing place to stay

Nice Location to stay around. You get to find many many restaurants and pubs around.
Friendly Staff. They cannot be any better. Always flexible and accommodative.
Surroundings are very clean.
Breakfast is good, but repetitive.
Cleanliness and Maintenance - Housekeeping was clean and neat.
5 star quality.

Room tip: Best place to stay in Bali - centre for everything.

I have been stolen !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every thing was good until the last night me and my wife got to see a same restaurant and w tell the manager we need some one to clean our room so in the restaurant my wife forget her wallet and they stole it so we get back to our villa to find also my watch have been stolen from the staff and we told the manager and he didn't help as

Dear Mr. Ibrahim,

Firstly we would like to thank for your accomodation stayed t Ziva a Boutique Villa, and regret to heard that your disaster happened during stayed.
Following of that case you have mentioned above that our team has been assist you report to police officer and as per the procedure that they need the victim it should be reported to police station directly and we have ready accompanying you report to Police station, and you told us don't have time went to police office and you didn't want it. It was the police officer procedure before take action.
The next day we have discuss it with the police officer follow up of your case and we have sent you an email regarding of our discussion and follow up the form that you have fill it up, but you haven't reply of our email.
We need this case should be solved by polices authorisation decision before we know and blame the taker the watch and details the stuff usage. Please reply of our email to follow up the next step to follow up the matter.

Amazing room - but that was about it.

The room is unreal. So nice and the pool is great, you can even open the doors room in the room to go swimming.
BUT- for how much we paid, the service was VERY average. Didn't try to get to know us, didn't offer any extra help, rang the door bell literally 10seconds after the first time they rung if we didn't say anything (every single time)
The breakfast was average. Didn't have much variety and seemed to be quite stingy with how much they offer you.
But the bed was comfortable.
Just wouldn't spend this much on something that didn't really deliver

Generally a nice play to stay!

Nice villa with privacy. A little dated but overall good experience. Good and efficient service. Very central location. Breakfast wasn't the best, just reasonable. Pillows are rather to high for my liking and there were no other options.
