When we arrived, staff was not that accommodating. They were confused as to who booked our rooms. The room that we're in now is a Deluxe Queen, which is spacious for the two of us and our stuff. The bed is comfortable enough and the toilet has a bidet which I always look for in a hotel bathroom. Our door and headboard need to be repainted at least, or replaced. Our TV had back lights for some reason, which may be bothering to some but we don't mind because we don't want to switch rooms.

They don't make up the room unless you ask the front desk or unless you turn on the MUR button when it should be done everyday with or without asking or turning on the MUR button.

They have a 1,999/day promo (they have a tarpaulin outside) for the room that we're currently in but they charged us 2,400/day and didn't inform us about the promo. I asked if the promo is still ongoing and the receptionist said, "Yes it's still ongoing." then I said, "Why was I charged 2,400/day then?" she goes, "..because it ended two days ago." if it ended two days ago, they need to take down the tarpaulin right away.

Breakfast was good, but the orange juice served with it is too sweet for my taste. I think they need to add more options for the drinks.

Overall, the hotel is conveniently located along MacArthur Highway. But I wouldn't recommend it for families with children as this is near a red light district. Stay at other newly renovated hotels with cheaper rates in the area.

This is a no frills hotel, so do not expect fancy amenities. If you need something--drinking glass, bath mat. extra towels--just call the front desk. If you need your room to be cleaned, instruct front desk, and do not rely on the "Make up room" alert by the door.

All transactions are cash basis, except if you booked online, which will be charged to your card. Even room service is cash basis. I never tried the hotel's food, because there are so many restaurants to try in Angeles City. But the menu seems interesting enough.

The rooms are big for the price, the location makes it accessible to any point in Angeles City via tricycle. You can even just take the jeep if you have a head for directions. Good A/C, so it was great to hide in the room on a hot day.

If you want a quiet room, ask for a room at the back, not the one facing the main road/highway; it can get noisy at night with all the cargo trucks passing by.

Room Tip: If you want a quieter room, ask for a room that isn't facing the main road. If you're sensitive to noise, it might keep you up all night.

Hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. Rooms are tidy and new. If you are meticulous about beds, they definitely have nice mattresses! Good food is served in their in-house restaurant just located at the G/F. Very accessible since it is in the heart of the city.

We had a twin room on the first floor away from the main road. This is a multi story hotel. We were on a back street used by a furniture maker who hammered nails, there were some barking dogs and motorbikes coming and going. Nothing unusual for the area. A room on a higher floor would have been quieter. Other than that the stay was very pleasant. Breakfast served in the restaurant next door was included, limited choices but we enjoyed the meal. You need to pay for a second coffee. Everything worked OK, the room was clean, good size TV and old style air-con which we used as a fan at night. Close to walking street bars and restaurants. Located on the MacArthur highway and plenty of jeepneys going past to points of interest. Check in was quick, at checkout they inspect the room. Staff were efficient and friendly. No worse than many other hotels in the area.

From the outside, nothing extraordinary or spectacular. Located right in the main thoroughfare of Angeles City, this hotel seemed just like one of the many small, business hotels in the area. But inside, one can see that the hotel means serious business. Although lobby is quite small, the hotel's interiors are modern and sleek. There are two elevators that can take you up to the 9th floor and the roofdeck. I was fortunate to have been given the VIP room at the 9th floor with a living and dining room before entering the bedroom. Inside the bedroom, there is a queen-sized bed with a lavatory/shower room on one side, and another room for the bathtub on the opposite side. The room is also equipped with two flat screen TVs, a ref, and a toaster. Despite the busy street outside, one can nary hear people's voices or passing vehicles outside. Sleep quality is good. Parking is quite limited, though. At the lobby, saw some golf bags so it means this hotel is patronized by guests who want to spend some play time in the golf courses nearby.
