This place is such a gem. At first glance, it may seem like one of the countless, basic Vietnamese spots on the island, but the food is fresh, top quality, with interesting menu offerings. On top of that, the family that owns and runs the place is incredibly kind and welcoming (including their super cute and friendly dog Lulu!); they even gave us their umbrella to use on our walk home when it was raining! We ate here more than once during our stay, and would highly recommend it; plus, it's super budget friendly! We particularly liked that it's locally owned and run, which can be a rarity in tourist spots such as Phu Quoc.
