I did a reservation for 1 person and I had a child with me. After my stay they sent me a bill for more than the double that I paid for 1 adult!!!! If I had done the reservation for 2 adults, the price were going to be half than 1 adult + 1 child. I send emails to ask for a reimburse, they never answer. I tried to talk at the reception, they just said they can not do anything. I think this is very bad, and made my full experience a huge deception, the hotel only takes care about money, not clients.
