I can thoroughly recommend this B&B. We stayed for two nights in the Kokopelli room, which is very quiet and very comfortable. Attention to detail is excellent and service is first-class. The breakfast is also very good.

Being tucked away in a residential neighborhood just outside of downtown Taos, we weren't sure what to expect from Dreamcatcher Bed & Breakfast. However, as soon as we saw the grounds and met the proprietors we knew that Dreamcatcher was going to be a great place to stay. We stayed in the Bear Fetish room, which had a kiva fireplace and was well-stocked with wood. The room was clean, large, and comfortable and the bathroom appeared to have been renovated very recently. The proprietors were very knowledgeable about the area and recommended a great restaurant for dinner. The breakfast that was served was excellent (not to mention extensive!) and we left feeling refreshed and very pleased with out stay. I'd recommend Dreamcatcher B&B very highly to anyone.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Dreamcatcher in Taos at the beginning of my visit to New Mexico.

I originally booked our stay through a popular travel site, but after reviewing their own web site, fell in love with another room they have on property. I was able to contact them without hassle to book the room we wanted and canceled through the other site without penalty. Currently, they do not list all of their rooms on those sites, so you may miss out on the best ones! My point, check their web site first before relying on others unless you need the travel rewards. We stayed in Pueblo which faces into the courtyard. The room was quiet and comfortable.

They have a great resource table with a binder of menus for local restaurants and tourist attractions in the main house, as well as Prudy's suggestions. We had lemonade and cookie from their always present refreshment area to decide what we wanted to do with the rest of our afternoon. We went to the Red River Bridge, walked along each side and took some amazing photos. Also, upon Prudy’s recommendation, we went to Antonio’s before returning to the B&B. Fantastic guacamole made tableside! It was really crowded, but was worth it in the end. After dinner, we drove back in the dark. We were a little afraid we would have a hard time finding the B&B (it is off the beaten path just a little without a ton of lighting around it), but Dreamcatcher has some lights around its sign to make it easy to see.

We had wished we would have had longer to stay at Dreamcatcher because you can tell it is a truly nice place with people who want to make your trip incredible, however long you have to spend.

As far as breakfast goes…hands down the best I have had at a B&B. John is an incredible chef. The oatmeal brulee is fantastic and will keep you full for a long day.

From the warm, joyful greeting by Jake, the innkeepers Cavibichon [who will lead you to your room] to the gourmet breakfasts by John. Try his oats brulee' . Each breakfast is different.
Innkeepers Prudy and John have personally visited every tourist site and good restaraunt
in Taos, and have insider advice a special tips about each one. It's a short ten minute walk to the plaza with museums, restaurants, art galleries and local shopping. The company at breakfast was interesting as they attract intellectual and diverse people.
This was our second visit and we were directed to more places to explore

Room Tip: The dreamcatcher suite is spacious.
