Great location close to Baseball Hall of Fame. The hotel feels a bit worn and dreary. The rooms were okay but the towels were horrible. They were old, grey and still damp so I assume they weren’t laundered well. The tv didn’t work at first and the staff was of little help. We didn’t use the pool but it looked good. Decent breakfast.

This review is not positive for the Best Western in Cooperstown NY. The focus is they made a mistake booking my date, I have given proof they made a mistake and will not refund my money. My last phone call the Manager swore at me, told me I was a f******B****. Please do not stay there, as there are other places in Cooperstown for Dream Park. They ripped an old lady off of 300 plus dollars.

This review was less than truthful. Guest made a reservation and was sent a confirmation letter and the reservation was read back to confirmed with the guest while on the phone. The guest has no proof as she was sent a confirmation letter. Guest also contested this charge with credit card company and the credit card company sided with the hotel. Guest has been harassing staff and calls screaming at them and threatening to have desk clerks arrested for stealing. I would not put much stock in this review as it is obvious she is less than honest.

Breakfast is till 9:30 which is big plus.
Would not hesitate to come again.

Excellent facility. Clean friendly and large spacious rooms . The breakfast was also excellent and included in the price. Large seating area.
The pool was clean and large and well cared for . Highly recommend this property when heading to the baseball

This hotel was simple,
comfortable, and convenient. The rooms were clean and smelled good. The king bed was great and we had a nice view of the mountains. Coffee at breakfast was also good. Would recommend for sure if you need to stay for a night or two.
