I went to breakfast with a friend who lives in the Fairport area. He always get to choose the place on the eastside and I choose on the westside. His choices have never been bad. This was another winner. When we pulled in the parking lot it didn't look like much of a place, but as we all know you shouldn't judge a diner by the looks of the exterior. It is a bit out of the way and you need to know where you are headed to get there, but it's worth it. We both chose the Waffle Special. It included a very large waffle, two eggs and either bacon, sausage, or ham. Everything was very good and the special was less than $5!!! I look forward to another visit and an opportunity to try other specials.

For some this is the "Best Kept Secret" in Fairport. It's tucked off Main Street so many people do not even know it's there. (150 North Main Street) The food is down right delicious and the service is always with a smile.

They are only open for breakfast and lunch with a wide variety to choose from. Just about everything is cooked to order and the kitchen moves pretty quickly so the wait is never very long.

Prices are VERY reasonable. Great place to go after church, before a day on the links or a hearty lunch.

Give them a try. You won't be disappointed!!

We regularly meet family and friends for breakfast at this restaurant. Have been for years and always enjoyed the experience. The food was always served hot, prepared well and tasty. When the original owner was still active in the restaurant, Bob, it was always a pleasue to chat with him during the meal. However, even with him gone, it's still a great place to meet and dine. Love the staff at the restaurant, they always treat you right.

Durf's is a little off the main drag in Fairport, but it has the classic breakfasts at old time prices. I doubt the decor has changed in 40 years, but it is clean and the service is good.

I have been here with a group and solo many times for breakfast and lunch. Service for both myself and a group (20+) was very good. Parking is good in surrounding lot. Only once did I have to wait in the entrance to be seated. I was treated well. I am addicted to their waffles. Delicious food. You pay your bill at the register at the end of the counter where there is also service.
