We come here at least once a year and have never had a bad meal. Food is always delicious. They did renovations and it's much more spacious. Allows more people to dine. I still recommend reservations as it fills up quickly. My husband got the steak special and I got the pork special both were delectable.

This is a must stop for dinner when visiting the area. Make reservations and ask for Melissa's table. She is a fantastic waitress. The muscle appetizer is very good - each of us, 9 people, truly enjoyed our meals.

Hitting the wine trail all day, needed a restaurant with a variety to please 11 people. Made reservations the day prior(highly recommend if its a weekend) We were seated soon after arriving. Nice varied menu, I had the Haddock, very good. Shared the clam chowder which is more of a fish chowder, it was delicious! Every one was pleased with their meals

We were traveling thru Geneva and looking for a place to eat. I googled and it said this was the number one rated restaurant on trip advisor so we thought we'd check it out. We had no reservations on a sat nite at 6:30 but they got us a table within about 20 mins on the patio, they were completely booked inside. Fine with us, patio was well done, and had a view of the water. While we waited we had a drink at the new bar, which is really well done, very nice finishes and friendly bartender! The food itself was delicious. The only warning I will give is one that the couple at the bar gave us, they are frequent diners here-BE PREPARED TO WAIT FOR YOUR FOOD! Since everything is freshly prepared, it apparently takes quite some time. So, knowing this we ordered an appetizer, baked brie, which was absolutely delicious. My only complaint was they just brought out the brie, no crackers? I thought that was a little odd. So,we split the app and sit back and wait, and wait and wait. We are patient, and the brie was tiding us over, but people around us were getting really annoyed. One couple was arguing about how long their food was taking to come out, and the poor husband kept getting up to check on it with the waitress. My advice to the manager would be, hey, if you know it takes that long, provide your diners with bread and butter or crackers or SOMETHING to keep them from starving while they wait. Since this is ala carte and you don't provide salads with the meal, at least do that....It doesn't have to be fancy, but give diners something to eat while they wait for the food. WHEN the food finally came out, it was delicious, worth the wait to us. I was just glad we didn't have any kids, but this is more of a couples or adult kind of restaurant anyway...kids would have gone nuts waiting that long for a meal.....The waitress was friendly and well informed. Prices were reasonable. Food was great! Aside from delay, loved everything about this place!!

Loved this place. Great, friendly and knowledgeable wait staff. Specials menu longer than standard menu and terrific fresh choices. Fish to meats to veggies, everything you could want. Also loved the local wines selection and micro beers. Views of the lake too.
