We dine out frequently, and are always looking for additional restaurant options in Hopewell Junction. We were excited to see a new place open. Our excitement lasted until the appetizer arrived, and went downhill from there. The poppers were hot outside, with cold, partially frozen cheese inside. We ordered the sampler plate for 2, which comes with three meat choices and three sides. The ribs were OK, the brisket was so fatty it was disgusting, and the "kielbasa" was, I am not kidding, two grilled hot dogs sliced lengthwise with a dab of barbeque sauce. The sides were greasy onoin rings we had to ask for twice, a cold 2" corn on the cob, and a reasonable salad. Staff were apologetic, and were overheard apologizing to others as we were leaving. They said the owner is seldom there. That would explain a lot. We will never go back.
