This was a short walk from where we were staying and was recommended by the staff there. It was definitely a local hot spot! We sat in the bar. The crowd was entertaining, singing along to the songs and playing the quick lottery. The food was good and the service was also. Our waitress took time to visit with us, which made us feel like one of the gang.

Food was amazing ! Service was great and fast ! Awesome atmosphere and loads of tv if you choose to watch. Main dining room is for quieter dinners while another is a bit more lively ! Highly recommend !
A wee bit pricey but definitely worth it !

Stayed at comfort inn about two minutes away. Called ahead because it was a Saturday night. Made reservations and seated right away. Food was great, service good. Sherpards pie was plenty. Corned beef was delicious, spaghetti and meatballs homemade and steak sandwich all very. Use valet parking no charge and the young men parking cars work on tips. Nice neighborhood restaurant and not chain food.

Brought a bunch of my family to O'Neill's for a 50th birthday dinner. I will say the service was very good and they were always around to refill drink orders. The appetizers were mediocre at best, but the real issue was dinner. The chicken parm was very chewy and the prime rib, which is supposedly their specialty, was chewy and and full of fat. Very disappointed.

You know what you're going. To get at O'Neill's. It's not fancy. But it's good honest food with a good selection of beers. The New York strip is excellent but hey you'd expect it to be. You can pay a lot more and get a lot worse here in NYC.
