Close to everything, free parking and cheap. For some reason they keep giving out WiFi passwords and say it’s been problematic in fact it just doesn’t work. Stay three nights. Not bad not good. Average. Staff could be nicer.

The location is hard to beat, it's a short walk from almost everything, including the Discovery Shuttle stop that can then take you for free to anywhere else you may have thought to visit in the U.S. side of Niagara Falls. The Hotel staff was really helpful and excellent every time I had to contact them. The room is simple, but spacious, you have to remember this is pretty much the best price in the area, so for the price it was better than I expected. They offer breakfast, which didn't have gluten free options, so we'd normally drink coffee, milk and juice and eat somewhere else later for lunch. In short, for the price, surely a good place to stay if you prioritize location and a friendly staff.

It was quiet and in the middle of everything. Close to all the Falls attraction. Five minutes walk to all attractions and two minutes to the visitor center. Within close proximity to most restaurants, casino, and stores. The free breakfast was muffins, cereal, bread and butter or jelly. Milk, orange juice and water. No eggs. Otherwise, a very quiet stay.

Room Tip: The rooms close to the elevators are noisy, try to stay away from the old elevators.

We stayed at Red Maple Inn for one night just to see the falls at night as we were passing thru across New York. We knew we wouldn't be in the room hardly at all except just to shower and sleep, so all we needed was a place to crash. We knew going in that this place has terrible reviews, but it was about the only cheap option available on a few hours notice and we were okay with that.

Beds were hard as a rock, carpets were sticky, there was a dead fly next to the sink, and there was only a shower. I don't know if that's standard or just for some rooms, but if you prefer a tub, maybe check on that first. Not recommended for families, romantic getaways, or anyone looking for a resort. If you're just a guy or a couple guys needing a cheap place to crash, this is your place. I give Red Maple Inn a solid 1 star!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on Friday 8-18 thru SUN 8-20. It couldn't of been a better place . It was clean . The staff was awesome!!! All people from the front desk to the people that clean the rooms were so friendly and very very nice . The place is an older hotel but it served it's purpose for us and I would recommend this place to those that are looking for a cheaper place to stay GREAT PLACE
